I told Gilbreath I wanted to strengthen my back and upper body, so he created a circuit of core and back exercises that challenged me, and he tweaked it as we went along, based on my feedback and what he saw that I needed. Clients use a variety of equipment, such workout as ladders, machines, free weights, large tires, a treadmill, TRX, Bosu Ball, medicine ball the facility has a wide range of equipment to choose from. Gilbreath describes it as a combination of all of his favorite different fitness tools. "It steals from everything," he says. "I like the wall balls from CrossFit but not the pull-ups. The TRX mixes with circuit machines. When I first saw the warehouse on muscle building an industrial back road, I expected a CrossFit spin-off, but it was much different.
